Terms of Use
These terms explain the use of our website, digital product and internal Meta advertising integration.
1. Who these terms cover
FamilyOps is operated by Xpbox Desenvolvimento de Sistemas e Marketing Direto. These terms apply to getfamilyops.com, the Dad Ops Reset digital product, the free diagnostic, and authorized use of FamilyOps Ads MCP.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer or data-protection law gives you.
2. Dad Ops Reset and the diagnostic
Dad Ops Reset is an educational, 30-day guided action plan for adults. It provides daily missions, reflections, partner-conversation prompts and progress tracking. Day 1 becomes available after payment is confirmed; subsequent missions unlock according to the plan schedule.
The free diagnostic provides an educational profile and a first suggested action. It is not a clinical assessment. Results depend on your circumstances and participation; no particular personal, family or relationship outcome is guaranteed.
The product is not therapy, medical advice or professional counseling. Seek qualified professional or emergency support when your circumstances require it.
3. Your access and responsibilities
Provide accurate contact details so we can deliver the requested result, purchase messages and access link. Your buyer access link is private: anyone holding it may be able to access your plan and notes. Keep it confidential and contact us if it is exposed.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased material. Do not resell, publish, redistribute or share paid materials or access links without permission. You remain responsible for the information you submit; avoid including another person's private or sensitive information in your notes.
4. Payments and refunds
The price, currency and any available discount are shown at checkout. Dad Ops Reset is offered as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy.
We offer the 30-day guarantee described on the offer page: follow the daily actions and, if the plan does not help you feel more clear, structured and intentional at home, contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Include your purchase email and an order reference if available. Do not send card numbers or security codes.
This voluntary guarantee is additional to any mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. Approved refunds may result in withdrawal of access to the refunded product; processing times depend on Stripe and your payment provider.
5. FamilyOps Ads MCP
FamilyOps Ads MCP is an internal integration used by authorized FamilyOps personnel to work with FamilyOps-owned Meta business assets. It is not currently offered as a service for managing unrelated customers' accounts.
Depending on the permissions granted and available tools, the integration can read advertising data, inspect Facebook Pages and professional Instagram accounts, and prepare or perform authorized advertising and catalog operations through Meta's APIs and MCP service.
Operators must have permission to manage the relevant assets, protect their credentials, and review commands, audiences, budgets and publishing actions. An advertising action can incur charges under Meta's billing arrangements. Review the result in Ads Manager; a tool request alone is not a guarantee that an ad has been approved or published.
Access is authorized through Meta. Never provide a Facebook or Instagram password in an AI conversation. Revoking an integration's access does not automatically pause ads, cancel spending or delete assets already created in Meta.
Meta's platform, advertising and account rules also apply. FamilyOps is independently operated; the integration is not an endorsement or sponsorship by Meta. Buying Dad Ops Reset does not grant the integration access to the buyer's social accounts.
6. Acceptable use and availability
Do not use the services unlawfully, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, submit malicious content, or interfere with the site or its providers. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect the service or comply with law, subject to your applicable rights.
We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the service. Payments, email delivery, analytics, AI clients and Meta integrations also depend on third-party systems. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that an automated suggestion will be accurate; review suggestions before acting.
7. Content, responsibility and changes
FamilyOps materials, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain your rights in the original notes you submit and permit us to process them to provide your plan and related support.
You are responsible for decisions you make using educational material or advertising tools. Our responsibility remains subject to applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms and will identify the current version by the date above. Where an important change affects an existing agreement or requires notice or consent, we will handle that change as required by applicable law.
