Data Deletion Instructions
You can disconnect the Meta integration and request deletion of information held by FamilyOps. These are separate steps.
1. Revoke Meta access
- Sign in to the Facebook account used to authorize FamilyOps Ads MCP.
- Open Settings and look for Business integrations, or Apps and websites, depending on where Meta lists the application.
- Select FamilyOps Ads MCP and remove its access. If your client uses a different connection label, check which application was authorized in Meta and remove the corresponding integration. Review and confirm Meta's prompts.
- Disconnect the integration in each MCP or AI client where it was configured, and remove stored credentials using that client's controls.
Removing access prevents further authorized use through that connection. It does not automatically delete ads, catalogs or other assets already created on Meta, pause active campaigns, or erase previous tool results held by an AI provider.
2. Request deletion from FamilyOps
Email [email protected] with the subject FamilyOps data deletion request.
In the message, tell us:
- Whether your request concerns FamilyOps Ads MCP, Dad Ops Reset, the diagnostic, or more than one service.
- The email used for the service and, for Meta requests, an account or business identifier that helps us identify the relevant connection.
- Whether you want all eligible data removed or a specific category, such as saved notes, diagnostic data or retained integration records.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, private access links, full card details or copies of identity documents with the initial request. If verification is necessary, we will explain the minimum information needed.
3. What happens next
We review the request, verify your identity or authority where necessary, locate the information we control and delete eligible records. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain what was deleted, what was retained and why, or what additional action is needed.
For website and product users, eligible information can include diagnostic records, saved notes, progress and access records. For the internal Meta integration, the request concerns Meta-derived information, credentials or operational records held under FamilyOps's control, where such records exist.
We may retain information required for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Residual copies in backups may require additional time to remove and remain subject to those limited purposes. We will explain relevant exceptions rather than promise immediate removal from every system.
4. Related services and product access
A server-side deletion does not erase copies already stored in your browser. On each device you used, clear site data for getfamilyops.com in your browser settings. The diagnostic's Retake Diagnostic control also removes its saved draft and result, including the name, email and answers stored with that result. Clearing browser data does not replace a request to delete server records.
Meta account data and assets held by Meta remain subject to Meta's own deletion controls and policies. AI clients and other providers may have separate histories and retention settings; requests about records they independently control should also be made to those providers.
Deleting your Dad Ops enrollment, progress or access records can remove your ability to use or recover the plan. A deletion request does not itself initiate a refund; mention a refund request separately so we can handle it under the refund terms and applicable law.
